THE HOOK AND LOOP PAPERS
Paper backings C, D or E with sticking of a hook and loop velvet of 60 to 85g/m² allowing the fastening on appropriated pads or sanding blocks.

Hand sanding on soft sanding block or mechanical sanding on orbital sanding machines or vibrators.

THE CLOTHS

X Sized heavy cloth ( mechanical sanding )

Very flexible backing to be used for hand sanding or mechanical ( polishing operations )


THE COMBINATIONS
Appropriated backings for hard grinding operations made with very coarse grit sizes
(16 or 24 ).

VARIOUS BACKINGS
The non woven : they are particularly flexible and have tear-proof property.
Fibre backing : mainly used in form of discs on soldered joints. Very high resistance.
The screen cloth : Type of sieve, abrasive on both sides which allows the draining of sanding dusts when working, which offers a 'non clogging' property.
